学习的方式 - 从袜子讲起 ……

假设,你一下子买了二十双相同的袜子。为什么买这么多呢?批发价便宜啊 学习的方式 - 从袜子讲起 …… - 雨辰 - 雨辰的乐园。还有就是不用天天洗袜子,一天一双可以攒两个多星期用洗衣机一缸就都给洗了,多有效率!

 

现在问题来了,洗完晾干之后,四十只袜子混在一起,你怎么办呢 学习的方式 - 从袜子讲起 …… - 雨辰 - 雨辰的乐园

 

第一种人,把四十只袜子在床上摊开,然后根据蛛丝马迹寻找它们的原配,然后一双一双分好放进衣柜。实在找不到的,差不多就行了,但是还是要尽力而为。这种人暂且称为 AS

 

第二种人,为了保证能够精确的找到原配,刚把袜子买回家的时候,他们就给袜子编了号做好记号,洗完之后,很快就分好了袜子,整整齐齐的放回了衣柜里。他们为什么一定要找回原配呢?要不是原配,这只袜子老穿,那只袜子老不穿,那不就不是同时穿坏了吗?这种人暂且称之为 CS

 

第三种人,四十只袜子一把抓,统统塞进衣柜里。穿的时候大概看一下,基本是一对,穿上就行了。时间久了,袜子破了,破一只扔一只。这种人暂且称之为 CR

 

第四种人,跟第三种人差不多。只是他们过一段时间以后,会把所有的袜子都一起扔掉,再重新买一大堆袜子。这种人暂且称之为 AR

 

这个小故事里蕴藏着对我们每个人最喜欢的学习方法的探索。这里有两件事,一个是收集知识的方法,一个是消化知识的方法。收集知识的方法有两种,一种是整体型 Abstract),一种是细致型 Concrete)。消化知识的方法也有两种,一种是有序型 Sequential),一种是随机型 Random 或者Global)。这几种形式排列组合以后,就大致分出了四类学习的方法。

 

有的人很典型,而有的人就不典型。有的人做这些事是一种类型,而做另一些事情就又是另一种类型。另外我们做事的方法有时候是用的自己最喜欢的方法,而有的时候却又是被训练出来的方法。比如说我对于袜子这件事来说,我最倾向的是第三种,但是我被老婆训练成了第一种。而我老婆呢,她看起来像是第一种,但是我估计她是被她妈妈训练出来的,她并不一定真的喜欢那样做。

 

对于袜子我是第三种人(CR),但是我知道,更多的时候我是第一种人 AS)和第二种人 CS)之间,肯定是有序型,但是在整体和细致之中摇摆,也许更加倾向于细致多一些。比如我喜欢总结经验,喜欢有计划的做事,喜欢清晰的知道下一步该做什么,喜欢读懂使用手册之后一点一点的研习一个新东西的使用方法,喜欢一个人不受干扰地独立工作,喜欢被师傅领进门后,独立修行。比如这篇文章,就是我在听完讲座之后,查资料,做科研之后得出的结果。

 

查了几天资料,才发现人家研究的真是细致,里面还有很多的概念需要去细致的了解和体会。专家们不但给出了许多许多的方法来帮助我们判断自己是哪一类人,还根据每一种类型的特点给出了很多建议。比如有的人要按部就班的学习,有的人就要先知道结果后才能回过头来踏踏实实的学习。有的人需要书本,而有的人就更需要动手。有的人很那做出自己的选择,有的人很难表达自己的感受,有的人很难独立工作,有的人难以分清主次。总之,个人有个人的特点,我们千万不要轻易地否定别人的方法,人家的方法只是跟你不一样而已。也不要轻易地去批评人家,人家有困难的时候最需要的是帮助,不是被怒吼。对于孩子和自己的男人,尤其重要!

 

师傅领进门,修行在个人。朋友们,我的介绍到此为止,自己去学习吧 。为了自己,也为了孩子,为了家庭的幸福。




 

再最后举一个例子。如果一个人的衣柜里,衣服整整齐齐的分类放好,想找什么伸手就能拿出来,那么这个人肯定是有序型的。如果一个人衣柜里乱七八糟,可也是找什么一伸手就能拿出来,那么这个人就是随机型的。如果一个人衣柜里乱七八糟,想找什么都找不到,那么这个人是懒惰找骂型的!

Keeping detailed records
Prioritizing

The Abstract Sequential individual:

The Concrete Random individual:

Is highly curious.
Finds out-of-the-ordinary answers to problems.
